Separate from vendor registration
Financial assistance
Families who submitted a CSHS Orchestra financial assistance application should still complete the Director’s Choice registration process. The portal may initially display the full trip price because financial assistance is administered separately from the vendor registration system.
If ENCORE Booster Club funds are available for a universal student balance reduction, that support would be applied first. Approved need-based financial assistance would then be applied to the remaining student balance based on the family contribution established through the financial-assistance process.
Financial assistance will generally be applied after the family’s assigned contribution has been made unless a specific exception is reviewed and approved. Individual amounts and instructions will be communicated privately to affected families.
